Business Etiquette & Soft Skills Workshop
The purpose of this workshop is to refresh our understanding of business etiquette, to include social media. Unfortunately, many things have gone to the wayside that are still highly sought when conducting business of any kind. Soft Skills go together with business etiquette. Often it is the nonverbal communication we communicate that determines how successful a situation will turn out.
The topics that will be covered in this training is as follows:
- Introducing Yourself
- Polite Direct Communication
- Office Etiquette (7 Layers of Necessary Soft Skills)
- Body Language
- Lunch & Dinner Etiquette
This workshop requires a minimum of 5 individuals at a cost of $50 per person.
Registration fee covers: notebook, pen, etiquette reference book and printed materials.
